Salon & Mobile Policies
*Late Fee - $10.00 -$20.00 (up to 1 hour after scheduled appointment)
*Cancellation Fee - $15.00 (must cancel 24 hours prior appt. to avoid fee)
*No show/call Fee - $20.00 (fee will be assessed during your next visit)
* All new clients Fee - $25.00 (deposite fee will deducted from total balance)
*All clients must reschedule after being ONE HOUR late for scheduled appointment
*Bad checks is a fee of $35.00
*Prices are not negotiable unless a coupon is presented.
*Price may very depending on color, length and style
*All clients must request a desired appointment date and time 7days prior to scheduled appointments.
*All weave services require a non-refundable $ 50 deposit when making the appointment to secure your
service space. The deposit is subtracted from your total service fee. If cancellation is made before 24 hrs the of appointment then deposit will be return to customer or added to next appt.
*Any reason your not pleased with your selected style provide to you, you are required to let the stylist know while you are still on the premises, so that the stylist can make minor adjustments. Totally not satisfied with selected style and wanted a new style , customer require to pay for new service price in addition to first service price. Please note that the stylist gives each client their requested style.

*All work space must be clean and safe environment. Therefore, for any reason stylist does not feel safe and or uncomfortable while servicing the customer, stylist has the right to refuse service, but with the option to reschedule for another date and in a safer environment.
*There are no kids or pets allowed in work area.
*Please do not bring your own supplies unless prescribe by a doctor.
